The survey is supervised by Rasoul Yousefpour, Professor of Forest Economy and DSS at the University of Toronto (UofT) in collaboration with the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment (INRAE).

It focuses on the decision-making process of private forest owners when it comes to adapting to climate change and forest insurance.

This survey is addressed to you, the forest owners of Canada. Your opinion is important to us. There are no right or wrong answers. 

Thank you for answering all the questions. If you do not wish to answer a question, you can select the "I do not wish to answer" option.

Data will be used for research purposes only. It will be archived for a minimum of 10 years. Data may be used for the specific purpose of this study, or for a research project with the same aims as the initial project. Data will be processed anonymously, and no personal information that could identify you will be stored. Once the questionnaire has been finalized, it will not be possible to modify your answers.
